Delivery and Return

We ship all items from our webshop via bpost.

bpost ensures fast and reliable delivery of all your ordered products.

The delivery time of parcels is currently approx. 3-4 working days.

As soon as we have submitted your package to Bpost for shipment, we will receive a Tracking number with which your package

can be followed. We will send it to you as soon as we have received it.

With the Tracking number you can follow your package here.

Within Belgium, the shipping costs are € 5.

For the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom € 15.

For Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia

Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic,

Sweden and Switzerland € 23.

Free shipping on orders over € 100.

Cost

You do not pay shipping costs if the item is defective upon receipt or you have received an incorrect item.

If you cancel your purchase within 14 days, you can always return your product without giving any reason.

In this case the shipping costs are for your own account.
